As you probably know, Fiverr.com is one of the greatest things to ever happen for those of us trying to build an online presence.

Firstly, however, a few words about something I've been doing on the Ebook Times Blog these past few weeks…

You might remember back in February I brought your attention to a video series that introduces you to the very best WordPress Plugins — and shows you how to set them up.If you missed that, you'll find the details here:

Anyway, I recently set up two of the plugins that featured in the video dealing with SEO (search engine optimization).

One of them handles standard SEO stuff like title, keywords and description. It makes it REALLY easy to set these up properly across ALL your blog posts — and comes with a lot of nice options.

The other one, however, is the one that really blew me away.

In a nutshell, it generates a properly formatted Sitemap for your blog, and then automatically submits it to Google, Yahoo, Bing and Ask — EVERY time you add a new post.

It also enables to you to include any regular web pages (outside of your blog) that you might have on the same domain. This is a terrific way to remind the search engines about older pages they might be ignoring.

In fact, since I started using the plugin, I'm getting visitors coming to older posts and pages that seemed to have completely dropped of the search engine radars.

Coincidence? Maybe. But, I think not.

It's also worth noting that, according to Google Analytics, the number of people landing at EbookTimes.com jumped nearly 70% between the week I installed the plugin (March 20th to 26th) and the following week (March 27th to Apr. 2nd).

Other factors may be contributing to this, so it's too early to cry victory just yet.

But, I'm pretty certain that having a proper Sitemap that's updated and submitted on the fly, has a BIG role to play.

Anyway, I just figured that my experience with these plugins was worth sharing. And, if you've got a blog of your own, and your SEO isn't up to scratch, then you really ought to get your hands on these videos:
