I’m not sure why you think that the Newbie Checklist consists of just an article?!
It’s actually a collection of 6 instructional handbooks (about 40 pages each) and 6 accompanying checklists.
The package includes master resale rights, private label rights, sales letter and graphics.
Certainly more than “a PLR article” and great value for $12 in my opinion.
