Three Ways to Profit From Member Sites

Hi. Thanks for dropping in to the brand new Ebook Times Blog!

If you’re subscribed to a few internet marketing lists you’ll probably have noticed that everyone (and his mother) is promoting a new product from Jason James that deals with running membership sites.

If you have any interest in running your own membership website (or even if you’re running one already), then you need Jason’s guide. It’s about as good as it gets.

Personally, however, I don’t have the time/energy right now to take care of running a membership site.

Having said that, I DO know that running a membership site is highly lucrative. Instead of just one payment and game over, you get paid every month. I read somewhere that, in general, people tend to remain active members of a site for something like 6 or 7 months. So, given the choice between selling one product for $47 or getting 6 monthly payments of $20 it’s a bit of a no-brainer.

The flip-side to that, of course, is that the one-off sale requires no further work on your part whereas a membership site requires ongoing commitment.

So what can you do to get the best of both worlds?

Well, here’s what I did…

Instead of trying to build and maintain my own membership site, I became a partner in an existing, top-quality site. Now I can sell monthly memberships (or tie them in as bonuses to my other products) without the hassle of having to maintain the site myself.

And the good news is, you can do this too (if you hurry). Click Here to Find Out How.

At the time of writing, there were just 78 partner licences remaining and they’re going fast. So, if you want to grab one of the best deals of 2006, get your skates on and check it out.

There is, of course, a third way to benefit from membership sites without having to do all the hard work yourself — you can simply promote other peoples’ sites through their affiliate programs.

My personal favorite membership site to promote is Software Gold Club. Besides getting my hands on some great products, I make a 4-figure income every month promoting it. It doesn’t require much effort. I just include links to it on my websites, my ‘thank you’ pages and so on. Nothing else — it’s purely passive income.

And there you have it, 3 ways to earn monthly profits with membership sites…

1. Do it yourself, but do it the RIGHT way.
2. Become a ‘silent’ partner to an existing site (provided the quality is right).
3. Promote an existing site (again, if the quality is right).

All the best,

Michael

I never thought about membership sites this way, promoting other peoples membership sites for commissions is a great idea!

I will be trying that and the added bonus of no hard work for me is the best part.

    Thanks sally :)
